2023 · CHENIN BLANC · STELLENBOSCH
Oniv
Oniv is simply “vino” backwards — a subtle play on a word for wine understood the world over. It speaks to our belief that serious wine can still feel effortless: distinctive in character, uncompromising in quality, and always approachable.
2023 was a beautifully cool and measured vintage in Stellenbosch. Welcome summer rainfall refreshed the vineyards, while mild ripening conditions allowed the Chenin Blanc to develop slowly, retaining its natural acidity, freshness and purity of fruit. The result is a vintage defined by energy, precision, and exceptional balance.
2023 · SAUVIGNON BLANC/SEMILLON · WESTERN CAPE
Surin
Surin is a historic French synonym for Sauvignon Blanc — an old regional name once used for the grape before Sauvignon Blanc became the standard name.
2023 was a cool, expressive vintage characterised by vibrant natural acidity, moderate ripeness and excellent aromatic definition. Sauvignon Blanc brought freshness, precision and energy, while Sémillon delivered concentration, texture and depth — making 2023 particularly compelling for blends of the two varieties.
2023 · CHARDONNAY · CAPE SOUTH COAST
Aurelia
Aurelia is a name of Latin origin meaning “golden”, referring to the color of ripe chardonnay grapes just before picking and a common descriptor for the color of the hue in the glass.
2023 Cape South Coast vintage was defined by a cool, measured ripening season, allowing Chardonnay to retain remarkable natural acidity and freshness while developing excellent flavour intensity. The best wines show precision, restrained ripeness and beautiful tension — a vintage of energy, purity and balance.
2023 · PINOT NOIR · WALKER BAY
Velour SOLD OUT
Velour takes its name from the soft, tactile elegance of velvet, a fitting expression for Pinot Noir, where delicacy, fine tannins and a silky texture come together with quiet depth and refinement.
2023 produced Pinot Noir of remarkable freshness and precision, although it demanded precise picking decisions. Slow ripening preserved natural acidity and aromatic purity, resulting in wines with vibrant red fruit, fine structure and an elegant finish.
