Where we deliver
We deliver within South Africa only. Orders cannot be placed on this website for delivery outside South Africa.
If you are buying from the United Kingdom, our wines are available through Flint Wines. In Singapore, they are available through Ungrafted Vines. Please contact us and we will put you in touch.
How the wine is sold
Our wines are sold by the case of six bottles. Prices shown on this website include VAT.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders of R4,000 and over. On orders below R4,000 a delivery charge of R250 applies. The charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order, and the total you see at checkout is the full amount payable.
Delivery times
Orders are delivered within three to five working days once payment has been received. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
Payment before delivery
Wine is despatched only once payment has been received in full. After you place an order we will email you confirmation and an invoice with payment details. Your wine is reserved for you while payment is arranged.
Receiving your order
Wine may only be delivered to a person aged 18 or over, who may be asked for proof of age. We cannot deliver to a post box or a parcel locker, and we cannot leave wine unattended at an address.
Please give us a delivery address where somebody will be present during working hours. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange a further delivery. A repeat delivery may be charged, and we will always agree that with you first.
If something arrives damaged
Wine is packaged for transit, but bottles can occasionally be damaged in transit. If anything arrives damaged, please see our Returns Policy, which sets out how we put it right.
